Any manga with
Fanservice targeted towards females
Epic storyline with no pointless and draggy moments
Great character development
Badass characters
Good and detailed art (Semi-realistic)
No cliches
No/less flashbacks (What's with manga/anime and flashbacks?)
Romance as a sub plot just as long it doesn't deter the story
Maybe my standards are too high but I've seen so many boring and overused cliched manga that I couldn't stand it anymore..

slam dunk? That is like the only manga with realistic art style I know that has lots of fan service for females. I dont read yaoi so I cant suggest you stuff, Youknow I am the type of otaku who is more into pantyshots and jiggle physics when it comes to fan service,
Devil may cry manga might also be fit for your taste cos the main character is handsome, but there is no romance involved, Its all about badassery.

I read devil may cry already.. :D After all big fan of the DMC games.
Slam Dunk? I really am not into sports manga. They tend to have drama in them. :/ I don't like drama and I rather play sports in real life than to read about characters playing sports instead.
I guess it's hard to find a manga truly focus on story line and much on describing pointless details. (A lot of manga like to describe pointless details)
I think I shall stick to Durarara! and Baccano!(Both describe some pointless details though) for now. Maybe try Library Wars later.

what do you think of Ace Attorney,It has games and Manga, I think its popular with girls cos the main characters are handsome. It is courtroom with a bit of Comedy, drama and crime investigation. It has similarities with detective conan.
Oh I remember my cousin is obssesed with Zettai kareshi, Its about a desperate girl who tried to buy a robot as a boyfriend. That Manga I think can pass as female fanservice, cos the robot is oftenly shirtless.

Sorry I took so long to reply.. D:
Yeah maybe I would try Ace Attorney because my friend is obsessed with the game.
Zettai Kareshi/Absolute Boyfriend? I read that before and I shall proceed to stay away from that forever because the girl is pathetic and the story is meh. (Plus I'm not a romance lover, I'm actually a horror/adventure/action addict)

Maybe? But I have a strange feeling that Neon Genesis Evangelion is going to be full of fanservice that is not directed at me.
(I'm under some sort of trauma with fanservice shows for guys because I accidentally watch Magikano when I was 12 or 13)
