If she isn't spayed, she might be out looking for a boy(cat)friend. It's the time of year for that. Depending on where you live it might still be very cold and maybe she found a place to hole up until she can get home again. Unless you want to avoid attracting other animals you should be sure to put out food and water and maybe an old shirt that smells like you. If she comes around again but is uncertain she found the right home, the smell of you on the shirt should help her figure out she found the right house! Don't give up hope yet. I have a friend who had a cat slip out the door and she found her way home again after more than a few days. She wasn't even an outdoor cat either!

As a side note, I just noticed that you live in the Philippines. I have never 'talked' with someone who lives halfway across the world. I am new to myLot. I think I might like this spot if I can meet people all over the world! P.S. Good luck with your cat.

Our Lolly did that to us after being with us for nearly 3 years. We miss him a lot and recently almost after 3 years we saw him and he wanted to return but our pet dog Preiti would not let him in although they were friends in the past. I see him occasionally passing by and see no one has cleaned his eyes which we did regularly. I feel sad to see him like that but I think he is fed as he looks good and healthy! Here is a picture where he is sitting on our compound wall and our dog is ready to chase him away.
Your cat will also return.

HI lowyder. Our cat is only 8 months old. She is a wild cat and we only found her at the side walk of the national highway when she was very tiny.
I hope nobody killed her or hurt her that's why she didn't come home. We are really worried. Last week she came home with fish on her mouth and we suspected it that she took it from out neighbor, that's why we are hoping that nobody hurt her. :-(

She may be out catting around cause its spring and mating season.
Or I hope a animal control did not get her.
She will lay low for a bit if she is not fixed and its mating season.
If she is fixed I don't know.
I had a feral cat come and meow every night for about 2 years to get food.
I got to touch her maybe once or twice.
I named her pumpkin because she was black with splotched orange spots on her.
Haven't seen her in over 6 months. so unfortunately I figure someone either hurt her, or she got run over.
Hope this is not the situation with yours funny how we get attached to our pets even if they are outside animals.
Good Luck!

I am sorry your cat hasn't returned. Often wild cats can and will leave for days at a time if they venture far away, or find another home that is taking care of them. I remember one time that my grandmother had a wild cat that would stay out all night long. We all joked that the cat was the life of the party...we found out years later when a neighbor came by that she had a cat that stayed with her in bed all night, and was out all day. She thought she had an adventure cat on her hands! Turns out the cat was living the best of both worlds, sleeping in one house all night, and napping in the other all day. :)

Hello chicgale,
That is what happened to our dog too.
He had gone for a walk but has not come home for several dyas already.
He even had puppies to feed.
Right now we are feeding her puppies with milk.
It is only good that they can lick from the bowl.

I also felt the same incident in my life. My cat was unseen for continuous two day. In my locality there are robbers who stole the cats (dogs). I think that he was stolen. I felt very sad when he was not in front of my eyes but later I saw my cat is back to my home. I don't know where it had gone
