I have three bosses in the office, the one is the President who is nice and approachable, the other one is a doctor who happened to be the Laboratory Director and the last one is the owner. I still enjoy working in the office with the two boss. The President whom I directly reporting is nice and willing to hear our suggestions and comments regarding our works. The Lab director don't usually go in the office often so we used to talk in the phone for his emails and orders that I have to do.While last boss, the owner whom we just talk in the phone all the time is so unpredictable and so hard to please. Yesterday is the last day of work due to Holy week and holidays.Five consecutive non working days so we really have a great time to rest from work for a while. So we better finished all the pending jobs that we have yesterday and the owner keeps on calling and calling saying some instructions to us.He always have a angry and sometimes insulting way of talking in the phone to the point that he never trust his employee that they will do whatever he says. We always comply and follow his instructions that he always changed from time to time that sometimes makes the issue keeps coming back again without creating any concrete solutions. He will make a decisions about some matter then eventually changed it after we already done it.Sometimes we think that our effort is always take for granted. He always wanted that all his instructions should be done immediately, which is right, but for God's sake I been handling 16 branches each day and 3 bosses at the same time. I know that we don't have the right to complain caused we are working for him and he is paying us but what we just want is to be fair enough to us.Talking to us in a nice way and manner is better than always shouting and angry all the time in the phone.Sometimes people do rattle when talking to him. We just wanted to have some considerations to the efforts that we have done in our works.

Nobody wants to work for a boos that isn't understanding and friendly and fair to all and not just the select few. I guess your boss just wants to see success as success on your level could bring them a lot more revenue etc. Don't take it to heart, perhaps try and address this concern in a positive and quiet manner? Happier workers always leads to more productive workers.

Hi ardoy! Things like this happens to some. Having this kind of boss sometimes make us uncomfortable in our working environment. But most of the time we keep silent because of the fact that we really need a job in order to survive. But calling the attention of your boss in a professional manner would somehow solve your problem. It's not complaining, its just setting things right. Sometimes, our boss thought that what they are doing is right until they are told so. You can brought it out during meetings for that matter. For the meantime forget about it. Enjoy the holiday! You will get old easily if you keep on thinking about your boss. He he.

dang! sounds like they keep you busy! it may seem like you don't have the right to complain, but you do. of course, complaining doesn't really solve any problems. it might be helpful to talk to the president, since he's more approachable. just tell him some of the things that are going on. make sure you can back everything up with examples of what has already happened. maybe he can talk to the owner and they can work something out that will help. there are times where i have to remind my boss that she wanted things to be done one way and that if she had changed the routine, then i didn't get the memo.

The problem with your boss is he wants others to know that he his the boss. He has an attitude problem obviously maybe because he is pressured or that his is nature. Pray that God would change him or that God would work in you to better understand him. I am speaking from experience. I got a boss, who is the same as yours. For the sake of my sanity, and for health purposes I adapted and accepted that she is like that. Through our prayers ( almost 90% of the office workers under her) we are able to withstand working under her. God works in strange ways. He can either teach you how to swim and make this a time to mold you to be a better person so that when the time comes that you are given the position of being the boss, you will just know how to handle those who are under you.

All we just wanted is for him to be more considerate to us.Talk to us in the phone in a nice way not shouting and angry all the time even just asking for sometimes. We used to it sometimes but there are still instances that we can't take it anymore.
