Global Pinoy Remittance Scam?

Has anybody here joined this group. So far they look legit and the explanations are quite comprehensive. But I found a comment on the internet who said the main owner a certain Manny Pascual maybe the same one who has scammed people from their Swiss Francs. I would like to keep an open mind about this to weigh the pros and cons. I am in search of ways to augment my income but would never join a company which is out to scam people.
You cannot blame me because I have joined several MLM (network companies) who at first look legit. They are even registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue and some other documents that they carry says that they are legit. Which site or agency should I go to then to clarify this? Any suggestions?

GPRS is not scam. Been a dealer since early this year and the business is just so good. It does not require you to recruit people because the business package alone gives you a lot of earning opportunities. From loading, remittance, and international at domestic ticketing.
I think it's hard to be a business partner of all the airline company here in the Philippines and will just scam people. the system is excellent and still continuing to improve every single day. The P7998 registration fee is just enough for an excellent system.

I am a business minded person. This is the reason why I want to check things out before joining. How much have you earn so far if you don't mind? How many months did it take before you get your return of investment even without the recruit?

@Kickass159. No I did not join GPRS since after getting burnt with some of the networking companies I have joined in the past it takes more than just a few sales pitch promotions to make me believe in any marketing plan for that matter. I guess that is what life is taking risks and learning as you go along.

Every pyramiding network is a scam because you earn from recruits and when your recruits cannot recruit, or your recruits' recruits etc. cannot recruit anymore, the network shots down.
