I wonder what is it that human really needs to travel around the world? there are many cultures to see and understand. so many people you can meet and befriend. traveling around the world doesn't mean you have to be rich. you can be appreciative of what you see and what the other cultures offer.

Somehow we need money in order to tour around the world. It is very costly to go on a journey especially when you want to go to expensive places plus with the hotel and food accommodation. It is reality. Some people has this passion when it comes to travelling. They just can't say in the corner doing nothing. That is why we are called humans. We need to be sociable. Though there are wide variety of cultures and it differs from and another, we still integrate and get to unite with them because we are all humans. We understand each other.
I hope someday I will get to travel. I wanted to explore different people and learn their cultures and tradition while also sharing to them the culture and life I have. It is really a nice experience to be able to discover new places and meet new people.

I agree with you but it depends on the situation that which country you belongs. Like if you belongs from Europe and USA then mostly you dont need a visa to travel around the world and if you are in asia you will need visa and for visa you have to prove yourself financially stable. I am in Pakistan and trying hard to visit some other countries but still got nothing coz no one has issued me a visa.
well where do you belong from and how much you have traveled around the world.

When I was a single young person I was able to travel around the world. Now that I have children it is less easy or affordable to travel around the world. My disabled son is now at school and it is hard to get permission for time off in the term time. The school holidays are unaffordable times to travel. We just came home from our trip to South America. We got 10 days off school and combined this with the Easter holidays. We visited Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay. I love visiting other countries and seeing different cultures.
My world trip happened when I was 20 to 21 years old. I was able to visit California, Hawaii, Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. To afford my trip I let out my cottage and got a working holiday visa for Australia. After my trip I studied at university and became a primary school teacher. When I was 29 years old I did a trip of several months to French Polynesia, the Cook Islands, New Zealand and Samoa. I am not rich. I am just an ordinary person.

I think it is true that you don't have to be rich to travel. You can save money on transportation if you hitchhike and use budget airlines. You can save money on accomodation if you use couchsurfing or if you choose to stay in a hostel dorm instead of a hotel. Of course it is also possible to spend a lot of money on travelling, but it depends on the choices that you make. I think that it could be fantastic to travel around the world, that is one of my big dreams. So far I have never left Europe, but it is my next goal to visit countries outside Europe.
