No workout for me today, spasm all over the place.

This happened i think on monday morning, well i did still do some workouts, not for the whole body and I avoided cardio or my jogging , my knees sides and my neck hurt but it is all good the doctor said I'm just pushing really hard he told me to ice it and only drink pain reliver if really needed.

Hi deo, it's always important to do some warming up to start your workouts, and cooling down to avoid possible injury. I think you've done a lot of push ups, bro.

Looks like people will get more and more hurt nowadays.Including young people.Because the lifestyle we take.I think for avoiding the hurt,you just follow your doctors advice and what's more,it is better to do some massage.Besides,do you under lots of pressure?Monday morning is a depressed day for many people have to get up earlier to work.If you have too much pressure in your life,you need more relax instead of heavy workout.
