hi mylotters, i was just employed by a company, through some relatives' introduce. before i'm here they told me a certain salary, while i'm here, everything seemed different, i need to serve for it for a month with a little money, and no money for a week, when i wanna leave, i need to pay the business formal fees, training fees as well as the time cards, etc.
They also told me i cannot leave within a year, otherwise, saraly will be lower or nothing. i'm afraid i need to pay them something for my freedom.

why is that so? a person looking for a job means that she/he needs money, so why do yo still have to spend so much before you can get the job and worse, you can't even have a leave in a year, that wold just be so stressful are you sure this is the job you want?

If this is an offline job, you must at least signed a contract for that purpose. Indicating terms and conditions therein. In the absence of this important document, they can not obliged you to pay any amount in order for you to resigned and find another better employer. If they violated the contract, e.g. you said that they pay you less than they promise, you can always refer your problem to higher authority. This company is violating the terms and conditions indicated in the contract and therefore they are liable to pay you for damages. You should always keep a record of any contract you have made with anybody. So when troubles arises, you have something to show as proof.

no contract, cause it's still in the probation.
and promise is only made through cell phone, before i was here, they ask me to sign a paper, which says the little money, half of the normal salary, and i just rely on the hingher, hehe, maybe i myself has mistake, too.
I will try to find another one.

Yes you may find another job. In the absence of a written contract, you employer can not obliged you to pay anything for that matter. You have the right to search for a better job. Just make a formal resignation letter so they won't create stories against you that would bring you into more trouble. By the way, in our country, the probationary period is only 6 months. In excess of 6 months, you are considered permanent and therefore you will be entitled to the benefits a regular employee must have. I hope you find a new job as soon as possible.

What?! That sounds like a scam if I have ever heard of one. You should NOT have to pay for training. They should be paying YOU for training! Not vice versa. I'm not sure what advice to give you... except you should probably get out before they scam you some more!

Don´t you have a contract that estipulates what you should do and how you will be paid? If there are no papers, you might just have to walk away and forget all you worked, but they can´t make you pay. All that would have to be in paper. What do your relatives say?

Oh my God, what kind of job is that? They only pay you little or nothing, and you are at the risk of pay them back too? I just wonder what you have to do with this job. Watch out scam, especially during this time and year, there were many scamsters out there to con your money. So, sounds like that job worth nothing at all. If you like it, You might want to continue on it. Otherwise, you know what to do next.

Did you have to become self employed to be employed by them? Just wondering because you have to pay for the trainings yourself... I would leave this company as soon as possible. With all that training and maybe certificate of it, you can be employed by someone else and use the knowledge your company made you pay for.

I think what your into is a syndicate who lures unsuspected job seekers for quick deployment. But you've said that you were hired through the help of a relative of yours.
What I know of is, that before anyone could start working, there are some paper works to be signed by the employee given by the employer or there representatives so that the agreement would be binding. You better quit your job if you find it too biased favoring your employer especially with regards to your salary and benefits.

well what kind of job is that
if you have signed a contract that you would work for a specific period then you would have to work for them
but still you can leave anytime you want I used to work in a organization with 6 month contract but i didn't like the job and resigned in between . (may be not applicable in all company)
pay the business formal fees, training fees pay for freedom well which type of company is this
if you don't like the job leave it , and forgot about the money.
find a new job

but still many people do make the same mistake.
well never pay anyone before getting paid in online jobs
and never pay anyone even after you get paid in offline job
should be a rule

Have you signed any contract with them stating those things? If not, then you are free to leave without all those stuff that they are telling you. If I were you, I will surely quit that job and move over to applying for others. Such companies are not fair and are just wanting to victimized workers at discounted values. So better leave now before you lose your head with them.
