Will your earnings decrease when you become inactive in mylot? I am not really that knowledgeable here in mylot, so I would like to ask from you guys. I hope you can answer my question. Thanks in advance for those who will answer my query.

It depends what you mean by "inactive". According to the FAQ, all you have to do to keep your earnings is to log once every 90 days -- http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#21 -- : "Our terms of use state that if you don’t login to your account at least once over a 90 day/3 month consecutive period of time your earnings are forfeited. Please remember to login at least once every 90 days. You don’t need to post any new discussions or respond to discussions, you just need to login to your account so that we know your account has not gone idle."

Yes, this is what happened to me so be sure to log in every 90 days at least! Otherwise as long as you are doing that I do not believe your earnings will be affected.

Just be sure to sign into myLot on a regular basis to keep your account active. Also if you respond to a discussion that has been removed by myLot, you will lose the amount you earned for that particular response. It happens once in awhile.

Your earnings may decrease only if a discussion in which you were involved was removed or your post received negative ratings and the earnings were recalculated (which happens periodically). If you don't log in for 90 days or more, your earnings will be forfeited. This is stated both in the Terms and in the FAQs. Other than this, MyLot will keep your balance until such time as you are eligible for payment.
