The exhilarating feeling as you move past the currents of water while you swim.. That is just something else to be experienced. I learnt swimming when I was 16 or 17 , so it was kinda embarrassing to see 10-year olds swimming in pools while I couldn't copy them . I used to get quite frustrated when my cousins swam and had fun in rivers considered to be too dangerous for people who don't know how to swim . At last I was just determined to learn swimming , thinking that if they could do it , I could too .
But it wasn't as easy as it looks . Swimming required balancing and floating in the water , which was kinda hard to learn and it got me frustrated very easily . Eventually , my coach pushed me into the water and left me there till I could float on my own.
Swimming is a great exercise and something anyone can enjoy .Moving with the waters gives us a satisfaction rarely found in any other sport. It is also something we need in case of an emergency for our safety . Swimming is recommended by basically anyone in the world - Because it is required by us , is a great source of entertainment and exercise and is one of the fun things man has discovered

I already forgot the day when I learned how to swim. All I know was the good memories I had together with my family and friends. My grandfather's house in by the shore so every time I visit my grandpa, I go to the sea and swim. Oh, I suddenly miss my grandpa. He is so nice to me and I love him so much. Another experience, it is great to have an outing together with your friends. The last time I went to swimming pool was last year together with my classmates and my boyfriend. It was really great.

When I was a child, I was not allowed to learn to swim as my mother was worried about my safety and also each year there were and still are some people who get drowned in the river near my home. When I was in my twenties, I still wanted to learn how to swim, but I was no longer able to learn to swim because I get scared once my head goes down into the water. I have never mastered how to swim, which is a great pity on my side. I know that swimming is a lot of fun and it helps exercise the body to make it strong and make the legs and arms work together more harmoniously. Enjoy yourself, friend.

Swimming is one of the best ways to keep fit as it exercises all of the muscle groups at the same time.

Swimming has been an activity I admired and would love doing but could have the opportunity to swim until when I was 27years. I was very ashamed as I went to the pool and found kids below 10years swimming. But I had to decide to get in. Day by day my water confidence grew. Though funny, I was drinking water daily as I went to the pool and could not move until I stood in water, but as I watched my friends as they swam, I was learning until I grew and could move gradually.
I really love swimming as one of my hobby and I also use as an exercise as I could flex all part of my body.I really enjoy swimming most especially on a hot sunny day. But funny enough,I will still be scared with confronted with a pool that over my head as the pool, which I swim is at my neck. I can float and balance fairly. I cannot stay long in water without gasping for air.
I love swimming very much and recommend as a therapy.

Swimming is wonderful activity that's for sure. I can't think of any other sport that is relaxing and very effective at the same time. Swimming is great exercise at many levels. There's no ground impact when you swim, and so you protect the joints from stress and strain. That's why swimming can be continued for a lifetime. Even recently I've heard about a 93 years old guy who swims every day for one hour and I think that's incredible. Swimming improves the endurance and with swimming you can even gain muscle mass. Other great think about the swimming is that it helps injured athletes. When athletes are injured, particularly in the lower extremities, they are frequently told to swim to maintain their fitness level. Whatever I think that there isn't any sport that isn't good at his own so SPORT FOR HEALTH !!!
