OLD friend

An old friend is never old when you get to see them in the present. Thus, there are just some things, I mean, a lot of things that can never be back. Like the good old laugh, being just together. And a lot more. Remembering the times we had, seems like years away. And there are just some things that are better not remembered, for it will just bring back the pain and hurts you both have. Or so I thought. Was it only me then. But anyways, a friend is a friend.

yes it's true, if friends have been separated for a long time. A lot will change, you may not have the same interests anymore. This maybe a result of different life changing experiences that impacted your lives differently. When you see each other again, sometimes its weird not to recognize any common things that used to bind you together. Give it some time to catch up and all the good old days will come rushing back like it was yesterday.
