ANyone, can you please give me some ideas or suggestions on how to start a manpower agency in our province? For office clerks, data encoder and any position that we can hire for clients.
Thanks=)

First of all, you must have good contacts with the HR or hiring officers of companies. Once you have received an order for job vacancies, it is very easy to make a recruitment. With employment opportunities that are getting less in this economic conditions, hiring does not really seem to be a big problem. Before you deploy the workers to the respective companies, be sure to give them necessary training for motivation. Many recruitment agencies fail because they are not able to provide good workers. Companies expect workers who have ample training and experience aside from the usual educational attainment. Give priority to those who have good work attitude and behavior. Be sure to follow the guidelines of DOLE in manpower agencies to avoid legal complications.

I am not sure if this is okay with you. Why not try working for someone else first, like work for some agency first to learn the ropes of managing that kind of business. You will be able to spy on them how they do things, and when you are ready, quit working with that company and start your own by applying all that you have learned from your previous job.
