I think a normal sleep pattern is best but I suppose it depends on one's schedule as to what is normal. If your sleep pattern is interfering in your life, then it is not healthy.

Hi, yes i got what you say as i agree, you are right and thats the problem with the internet i guess since we have this nice site its hard to go to sleep, do not you think so, any way i guess sleeping hours should also do it same, so to make your biological clock works properly

I would prefer it sometimes, my sleep schedule is so messed up for me. If I didn't have to do so much here (and be on someone else's sleep schedule!) my sleep schedule would be from 1 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Hi, yes i got what you say as i agree, we should have to sleep everyday early and the same time to really have a good sleeping habit, but this irregular sleeping hours will tired you and make you with bad energy so you can not even do the daily work that you usaully do
