bgpaymail.com scam or legit?

BGPayMail is a PTR site, they online since 2002, the minimum payout is $3 via AlertPay or Check, and they pay 2 to 5 cent per ad. This site is boycotted by GPTBoycott, but my friend already get paid 4 times by this site and the last payout he received at 17 March 2012. Is anyone here member of this site and get paid?

As I've observed from discussions on few other forums, GptBoycott are doing well on identifying scams and shady business. (The quote in the reply of Dupremo also confirms their business is so shady.)
There was one more program classical-mail which claimed to be legit, but boycotted by GptBoycott. Many members continued with the site, finally to find that GptBoycott was true.
I would suggest not to waste your time on that site.
