Getting fired over posting a receipt on facebook!!!

Would you belive that this restuarnt in new york is firing their server for recivering a tip of 200$ ontop of the 18%gratuity tax already included that he would already be receiving a cut of ...but he posted a picture of the bill on facebook and i guess his boss fired him over it which i think is kind of craxy because any one that got a huge bonus like that when not even making that much in 2 shifts of were some people that is a week or 2 pay or online workers clicking away its a year of online money lol .. ijust think it is pretty unfair to fire some one over that please let me know what you think about this sorry for mis spelling its gettng late lol... picture below LOW
