iv just registerd with postloop,the say $0.075 per post,how does it works,im so desparate,i need cash,have to pay my fees! Any info :)

It is a scheme where forum owners pay Postloop to have people post good quality posts in good English in order to enhance the quality of their forum and gain members. The standards are quite high and you will need to have a good command of English with good grammar and spelling.
Being desperate for cash is probably not the best motive for joining, though it does pay better than MyLot if you can meet the standards required. Read carefully and follow the instruction on the PostLoop website to get your membership approved.
