Tuna Wrap for dinner

it's lenten season and our family having abstinence from meat the whole week but then we need to have protein in our system....
tonight I'm making a tuna wrap..and my daughter & little nephew loves it..
if anyone interested to try it here's how you do it:it's very easy!
heat oil,saute onion & garlic,add the tuna flakes,salt & pepper - it's cooked once the tuna turns brown
now beat 3-4 eggs- add seasoning to it...
heat the pan- oil....put half of beaten egg,put 2-3 tablespoon of cooked tuna in the egg & then wrap it by folding half the egg,turn it until the egg is cooked....
make another one....
garnished with spring onions...yummy and healthy..

I love tuna sandwiches and this seems like a nice alternative to meat. I might try this recipe sometime. Thanks for sharing...
