Lonely sometimes

Are you lonely sometimes to the point of crying or just wanting to sleep so that you can't think of anything to add on to the loneliness
well i do sometimes, and it is weird because i have lots of things in mind like work and all but yet loneliness still creeps in so what do i do
i go workout indoors or just do my-lot, good thing i don't put some of my sob lonely story's here i think that will be the end of me, (kidding).

i get loney too when in alone.. its normal.. my hubby works second shift and my oldest daughter is 21 and does not live with us.. and my yougest daughter is 15 and lives with her dad in another town.. so its just me and my little dog i love dearly.. but i have to say she keeps me company most of the time.. i talk to her lol and she just looks at me. and makes me lol.. so maybe you could get a pet.
just a thought they say dogs are mans best freind.. i think the saying is cats are more loyal..
but my neighbor is 80 and he is so lonely , i try every day to do something for him he would tell me he wants to die he is so lonely i felt bad and so now each day i try to ask him to join me and sit on my porch and he usualy does and i just let him talk.. he will lots of times tell me the same story over and over but he is old and i too will be old one day and i hope God sends me a friend like myself to spend time with me like i do him... when im 80..
anotehr thing you can do is play online games like pogo.com or gamesville. and make freinds there.. pogo is great.. and you can win prizes.. too.. if this dont work make an online freind i have 2 there great.. good luck..
