Never ending pimple barage

Have you ever felt like your pimples are never ending, well i did and it has gone and has been happening everyday before i did my nightly routine of taking warm bathes at night and then ice cold water face dipping routine.
The warm water is for opening my pores not only for the face but for the whole body and using moisturizing and whitening body soap i scrub my body with a loufa then for wash down with cool water to close the pours then washing my face or dipping my face on icy water of course removing it depending on my
tolerance and this will close in the pores and they say that lessen any swelling in the face like for eye-bags and of course pimples.

I also rarely ever had pimples until now. I think its because of my shift. Ever since I started working the night shift, my pimples have been never ending. At one point, I thought it was because of the leave-in conditioner that I used so I stopped using it. The pimples somehow lessened but there are still a couple left. Now, I really think its the shift. This is so sad.

hiiiii!!!
whenever i get zits, i just apply my medications i get from the doctor then when it's gone, i just discontinue it.
i always use the mildest cleanser i can think of and i would use loofah 3x a week because that dries the skin if it is used regularly. but my body wash got some exfoliating beads already and so i don't need to scrub my body with a loofah everyday.

i know this is bad.. but i never wash my face hardly ever unless i run a wet wash cloth with plain water or use a baby wipe to just get off the sleep after you wake up stuff.. but i have never had pimples ever.. so im not sure if its is because i never use any soaps or anything but water on my face or what.. but my youngest daughter takes pills for acne.. she dont have it bad just comes and goes.. hubby has a hard time with his face i think he scrubs it too much.. have a great one take care sending blessing your way..
