Industrialization or industrial development means establishment of new industrial units as well as expansion of existing industries.it is a process which aims at promoting development of various industries in the country .Industrialization causes speedy economic development.Agriculture, services and other activities also grow with industrial development.In fact industrial development is a key to economic development.All advanced countries have reached the present stage due to rapid industrial development.

The difference between developed and less developed countries is the level of industrialization. Industrialization is what creates jobs in all economies. With many people earning an income in any economy, the Gross domestic product is bound to increase therefore earning more income for the government which will ensure better services for its citizens with good governance.
