I don't get it. Is this social phobia disorder means fear to society and people? For example, I am quite nervous and having uncomfortable feelings when I see a lot of people in a mall, can this be considered as SAD too? Besides, how can yoga, jogging help to treat this disorder?

I'm sorry but why did you post this? To raise awareness about SAD? It's a bit hard to follow.

Social anxiety disorder (SAD) also known as Social Phobia is a mental disorder. People with Social phobia experience extreme anxiety and fear in certain social settings. This could be during a public speech that they are meant to give or in an intimate social setting like dinner in a restaurant. SAD is however treatable and can be treated using medication or psychological counseling or both.
