I am confused about this. The article says that if we want to reduce weight, we should drink tea, especially green tea but if you want to develop muscle mass, coffee is preferable. If you have tense nerve and anxiety, coffee is not recommended because coffee will only make your heart beat faster.
What's your take on this issue, my beautiful and handsome mylotters?
Thank you.

I think coffee is good for health if you don't overdo it. And about tea...i believe that it's not so good UNLESS it is natural. And when I say natural, i mean like flowers picked by you on the field, not the boxes in the stores that say "natural"!

I think 3 cups a day will be enough? I only have 2 and sometimes 3. One in the morning and another at night. What about you?

Tea is indeed good for the digestive system because of the diffrent herbs in it and in addition of hot water which help you to burn fat easier.
Whenever we drink coffee we are more sharpened and pay more attention to our surroundings (unlike tea which calms us down). Coffee is therefore a remedy to increase the chance of preventing alzheimer or other memoryloss sicknesses.

Tea, especially green tea, is great for reducing water weight. (Diuretic) It also is used for detoxing your system (getting rid of the bad stuff from your blood stream). It also will help remove fats from your blood too.
Coffee has more caffeine in it so it will raise stress levels in times of high stress. It acts as an energizer so you will actually work more and have a tendency to lift heavy things and work out longer. It is a migraine trigger for many people.
Also, coffee won't help you relax as well as tea will. I drink mostly tea now and I use tea for relaxing, especially with cat nip added. I grow my own cat nip and have added a sprig to my cup of tea when I am fighting a headache, extreme pain, or am under a lot of stress as the chemical composition of catnip combined with the tea's properties will create a great combination for helping a person to sleep, relax after a stressful day, ease the pain levels and the neurons that help create the pain and more. I read long ago about the destressing properties of catnip and have started using it and have had great results.

BOth coffee and tea are indeed good for health, but tea is healthier. Tea helps in detoxifying our body in a better way. Too much of coffee can kill but never tea. Coffee is better for people who needs instant energy boost as it increases metabolism rate resulting in faster heart beat. I'm a drinker of both and they combined well for me since i know which drink to take at different time of the day. Whatever is there, never go beyond the limit.

I think that article tells the truth because when i'm having diet I drink tea specially the slimming tea that i see from the brochures or the tea that i saw in the market. I also think the coffee can really make our heart beat faster because my sister really love to drink coffee but when she take too much coffee she tell me that she feels she is palpitating. But Both of them are healthy to drink but not too much.

My personal take about this topic or issue is this:
If you are consuming organic coffee, without the high caffeine content, then it's good for the health, even with tense nerve and anxiety. But if you are consuming all those chemically processed coffee, full of the highest level of caffeine, then it's never good for our health. The same can be said of tea. I am drinking coffee everyday, but the mushroom based organic herbal coffee. It has been great for me and my father. Have a great and wonderful coffee day ahead.
