how to speak in front of many people?

Knowledge in what you are talking about would surely give you more confidence, next is to condition the mind to think as if there are no people around, we speak for and to them but this is the best thing to do for beginners, after you have gained confidence then you would be able to relate to the audience more like acknowledging important persons among the crowd etc... good luck to you
