Ipad 2 or Canon G12, which item should I buy?

Both items are on the same price range. I'm thinking of getting an Ipad because I love to read and play games as well. I'd like to get a new camera that's capable of producing good quality videos in HD. Canon G12 has everything I'm looking for. Now I can't decide which one to buy, at least for now. Which do you think should I buy first?

The new improved Apple ipad 2 is said to be faster, slimmer and lighter and has two built in Cameras. One camera is for video chat while the other is for taking photos and shooting videos. The Cannon G12 has all the makings of a professional camera. Since they are in the same price range, the choice should be based on what you really have a passion for.

Thanks, I guess it will be the Ipad 2. I love reading and this will be more handy, I can also check mylot from time to time. I'll buy G12 once I have booked a travel reservation, it will be a good reason for me to work harder. Thanks a lot man!
