How often do you branch out and listen to NEW music?

Listening to the same songs over and over regardless of how much I love them, wears me out. I therefore look for music that I haven’t listened to mostly from my favorite bands and musicians. Since I love music from different genres, I’m usually lost for choice. This means that I could never run out of stuff to listen to.

I love to listen to my favourite music and I listen to my favourite bands and my favourite songs over and over, but sometimes I also like to listen to new music. When I visit my local library I often borrow some cds. I like to borrow a mix of my favourite music and new music. Sometimes I borrow various artists compilations, and think that it is good way to discover new music. If there are some of the songs that I especially like I look for information about the artists and try to find some of their cds. I recently discovered a Danish singer called Peter Sommer. I found some of his songs on a compilation cd and I liked them so I decided to find his own albums.

Hey there, Actually, I personally been through almost all genres already (besides Opera maybe). I am now at a place where every song with a good spirit and beat is good for me :) So now when I would like to listen to new songs I generally look at the new songs coming out. Btw, it's also always great to go back to some nostalgic or older songs or songs you know well, but it's also great to branch out as much as you can, seeking new music and songs on every opportunity when it comes to music.
