I was diagnosed with scoliosis in the 6th grade and had to have surgery in the 9th because it gradually got worst. but now with the surgery im still thinking... how will my back be in my older years?
i just found out in January that i have rotoscoliosis and now is the time to find out how you can take care of your back so it won't bother you as you age. have you tried yoga to strengthen the muscles around your spine? that will help too.
