I feel sleepy every time after I eat my meal. I don't know why. Do you feel sleepy also after you ate your meal?

We feel sleepy after a meal because more blood is in our stomach to digest the food... and less blood in our brain so we feel sleepy. It is even not advisable to have a full stomach if you are taking an examination because the efficiency of your brain decreases if your stomach is full. I got this idea from a book or a magazine.

I also felt sleepy when I have my meals at afternoon, but not at all the time. Mostly I felt sleepy when I am mostly in the class. I don't know why I felt so.
Mostly you felt so sleepy because you don't have much energy in you body for the digestive process or you will be eating a lot of food during these time. These may be the some of the reason why you feel so.
The mood you have also depends on whether you sleep or not.

Ya same here. Mainly I feel sleepy after lunch, afternoon. But I try to avoid, coz if I sleep for 1 hour then I cant sleep properly in night. And the next day becomes drowsy for me. I used to fold cloths/press them, clean cupboard etc to avoid my afternoon sleep:)
