I have lots of dandruff and it is very annoying. I tried many things to get rid of this dandruff but it's kinda helpless. I tried doing hot oil often but still didn't work. I need help for this! :-(

If you are having problems with dandruff you can get certain types of anti-dandruff shampoo and conditioner such as head and shoulders it may be worth trying on of them to see if that helps.

same with me, before I already tried different shampoos in the market but nothing seems to work best. According to some experts, you need to know the source or the reason why you are having dandruff. It if is from fungal source, you need to kill the fungus. if dryness is the reason, you need to keep your self hydrated all the time.
Before I used Nizoral and works but i stopped and switched to anti-dandruff shampoo which seems to work. But still I can see some dandruff on my scalp but not that much.

I had this friend of ours in high school she has a healthy beautiful hair and she doesn't do hot oils or any stuff, but whats weird is that when we look at her scalp she has huge dandruff(maybe genetics?) and our hands & fingers would get itchy and start remove the dandruff from her hair (I know it sounds icky but for the love friendship ).
I heard its about dry scalp so ummm try natural aloe vera might work because it makes skin soft.

We have same problem but now I have less dandruff. Someone told me that stress is one of the reason of dandruff, so please avoid stress, maybe that's also one of the reason why you have it.

I would imagine that treating the 'root' of the problem (pun unintended) might work in this case.
What I mean is take a look at your diet. There is a possibility that some of the following might help to ease your dandruff by allowing your body to work on it naturally - Increase your Zinc intake, reduce the amount of sugary foods. When looking online for my other half who also suffers from dandruff, I found a lot of info pointing towards Vitamin B helping to reduce dandruff, so that's also worth a shot.
Antidandruff shampoos - some of them work, but for the most part, as soon as you stop for even a few days with one of these, the dandruff returns!
