how receptive would you and your church/place of worship be to becoming more modern and changing with the times? If I'm not mistaken, there was a time when it was unheard of for a woman to be a minister, priest etc....there was a time when being accepting and educated as well as nonjudgemental towards others sexuality, choice of religion etc was unheard of...there was a time when having a gay minister or priest etc head a church was unheard of...but times are changing and in some places of worship the rules are changing and they are being more open to these changes etc.....how do you feel about it? and would you say that your opinions/thoughts on other faiths, religions and spiritual paths has changed over the yrs? If so why? if not, why?

As long as the 'changes with the times' don't involve compromising the basic tenets and beliefs of the faith, then I don't see any issue with it. For example, at our church, they offer two distinctly different worship services: The early service uses a traditional robe-wearing choir and old hymns, while the later service uses a worship band (with guitar and drums) and new music. So in that respect, it is changing with the times. The older folks can keep their stylistic preference, while younger people can enjoy a newer, more modern experience.
