it was dissapointed game for spurs fans...spurs are surprised was lost from Norwich city, in white hart lane..
it was the third lost Spurs in their home..
Spurs only lost from MU and city...
lets see the starting line up
Tottenham: Friedel, Walker, Kaboul (Nelsen 45'), King, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Livermore (van der Vaart 71'), Modric, Bale, Saha (Adebayor 45'), Defoe.
Norwich: Ruddy, Martin, Ryan Bennett, Ward, Drury, Elliott Bennett, Howson, Johnson, Pilkington (Surman 73'), Holt (Morison 70'), Wilbraham (Jackson 80').
it was the best team that spurs always play...
anyone can predict what happen with spurs??why their concentration near the end of season is not Good??
it did not change the standing composition
but their point now is same with spurs..
Norwich lead the first after Anthony Pilkington in minute 13..but defoe replied in minute 33 and make the score become 1-1
but the fans of spurs is unbelieveable when Elliot bennet score and change the score 2-1 for Norwich city..
it was really not good game for spurs fans..
share about the game!!

The last 2 months have really been one to forget for Spurs. From an outside chance of winning the EPL title, they are now struggling to make it to the Champions League spots. To put it in perspective, they were 8 points ahead of Arsenal before their derby match. Since that lost, now they are 2 points behind Arsenal who have a game in hand.
I think the slide began when Harry got distracted with the rumors of his taking over the England job. Since then Tottenham have really struggled.
Cheers!

I agree with RAM CV i think that maybe Harry Reknapp has got distracted by the England talk but with the champions league spurs havent got the squad in depth like the other big teams. That could be why there struggling because fatigue has set in.

I feel that Norwich City deserves the credit for daring to play football. They have never been shy when facing those supposedly stronger teams like Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle. So it is not really a surprise when they beat Spurs at White Hart Lane.
Norwich City played far better than Spurs. That was why Spurs lost. I don't think Spurs did underestimate Norwich City. There was no reason to as Spurs had not been earning enough points themselves to be able to afford such a luxury. It was a good performance from Paul Lambert's boys and they may even get to qualify for Europe next season.

Grant Holt is the captain and maybe the most influential player for Norwich City. He is the second highest English player to score the most goals so far this season with 13, just 9 goals behind Wayne Rooney of Manchester United. There is support for him recently to be called to play for England in Euro 2012. With Carroll so hopelessly our of form, Rooney banned for the first 2 matches and Bent injured, it is a possibility that Holt may just get his wish.

It looked to me that spurs underestimated Norwich city which was silly because Norwich have been an excellent team this season, there were tipped for relegation but are currently in midtable. Spurs were wrong to underestimate them but spurs havent been doing brilliant lately.

Maybe spurs didnt underestimate Norwich they just couldnt beat em plain and simple. This season i think that Norwich has performed really well and Grant Holt in particular for Norwich is looking really good.

In my opinion this is not the best team spurs could have played and Redknapp got the team selection all wrong. harry went about playing 2 centre mids against Norwich's 4-1-2-1-2 formation when you would play a holding midfielder (sure Parker was out but atleast play Sandro) to counter-act Norwich's formation Livermore did not have a clue in midfield he was not up to the role he had at all. You need a holding player in along side Modric thus niot leaving huge gaps in midifeld when Modrac moves up the pitch to utilise his playmaking skills...because of this Norwich simply over run the modfield

This result is totally unexpected. Tottenham is on a poor run and they are in danger of losing the Champions League spot which not too long ago seem to have been safely secure. As for Norwich, the victory will surely ensure their top flight status. So well done to the Canaries.

Spurs is losing steam as the season approaches the end. It's not a good sign for Spurs since they are challenging for the title alongside Man united and Man city midway through the season. Just less than 3 weeks ago, Spurs was holding a healthy 8 point lead against 4th placed Arsenal. How fast things have changed and Spurs are actually lagging Arsenal by 3 points, with Newcastle on level points with Spurs. Spurs has to start their winning momentum going before they lose their final champion's league spot.
I don't understand what happened to Spurs when most of their players are playing, but what's happening to their form? What causes their form to dip so badly? Unless they buck up, if not, they are going to lose whatever they have built early in the season.
