I just took my second road trip to Minneapolis and loved it! I hope to go back again someday, so I was wondering if anybody knew of some places to go that would be cool. I have been to the sculpture gardens (highly recommend to anyone who enjoys being outdoors), the Mall of America, and to a wonderful Italian restaurant called Cossetta's in St. Paul. What types of activities do you think I should do there next time?
