Sleeping late can be bad for your Health

Guess what? that's exactly what's happening to me now. I've been sleeping late for the past few days but it's not because I was mylotting or anything. it all started that day of the Moving out of ym brother that i had to stay awake until the truck drops by and get some of the helpers to fix things around. It's hard to just go to sleep when you think you are out of time to do other things. but tonight i might try to sleep early again. not getting any younger, in fact am not that young to survive if i keep this up Have a nice day

I am very easy to fall asleep. Moreover, if I was in a state of exhaustion. I would be very easy to fall asleep fast. Perhaps, you are not too tired, so you have trouble sleeping. Or you drink warm water, then shaking your body for a while. Perhaps, you will be able to fall asleep. Make sure, your stomach in a state of satiety.

Hello indahfth, I wish i can fall asleep that easy. though when i went to my brother's house and there was no internet, i have decided to take a nap because i know that i couldn't afford to watch tv while my nephews are watching. ok, i didn't understand you're last statement, but i will search on it. have a nice day

Hi, Letran, maybe this means that you shouldn't go to bed if you are hungry. It happens to me, especially when I stay too long after diner. I go to bad but I feel hungry and I can't sleep so I need to eat something - in the middle of the night

Being as I am a night bird, I don´t think that sleeping early or late has anything to do with age. My husband was like you: he woke up early and fully awake and wanted to go to sleep early. When it´s cold in Winter and I´d rather be in bed, I watch TV for hours while I knit. I´m surviving that, at least.

Lately I actually go to sleep laty, wake up reasonable early and take a nap after lunch. I am retired so I don´t have any obligations as time goes.

Hello marguicha, same here, sometimes I act an owl, watching over at night all over the house. i want to learn how to knit, that sounds fun. I have heard that sleeping early is even better than sleeping late. but still i wanted to sleep early, it never feels good waking up late. have a nice day.

I know sleeping late is not good for the health. However, it seems I have no better choice. I have to work in the daytime. And it is already evening when I arrive home. After that, I have to check my child's homework and then stay with him. I will also do the housework. So it is my own spare time when my son goes to be. And this is why I sleep night since the time is not so much left. I love China

Hello youless, I don't really know why i couldn't afford to sleep early than the way I used to be. maybe for teh last few days i have been into addiction with a lot of things lately, specially this game that am on. Yes, sleeping late has a lot of disadvantages. Everytime I sleep late, I get breakouts on my skin and it gets harder to sleep at night if I woke up late so these past few nights, I've been trying to sleep early.

Yes, sleeping late gives me breakouts. It gives me pimples the morning after. And sometimes pimples with cysts. I hate it. I know some people who are like me too. That's why i really try to sleep early.

Hello autumndreamer, I didn't realize that we could have break outs in our skin, i wasn't even aware that that it can be bad for our health too. I did tried to sleep last night, but unfortunately, i ended up doing something else like watching a movie, which wasn't supposed to happen. have a nice day.

Hello Let, I knjow just what you mean but try and get back to going to bed at normal time, I was staying up far to late ringt into the early hours of the morning and one day I got very sick, I was offline for about four months, after I got so sick I just didn't want to come online but I did and now I go to bed much, much earlier then I used to, so try and get back to routen. But probably the main reason to sleeping this kind of time because, i am not bothered and i can concentrate doing mylot. unfortunately, in early afternoon i would do other things, right now i might take a bit break and do other stuff like house chores. have a nice day.

Hi, Letran, you are right of course. All the wise people say that we should get up early and go early to bed. But unfortunately I'm a night owl and I'm not able to follow this mode. Everyday I go to bed after midnight and today is no exception. The problem is also that most of the days I work until 9h or even 11 h in the evening. At this moment I begin to think that it's important to change my regime but it would not be an easy task.

Hello Fannitia, It was not an easy task to me, there was this moment where i really got the chance to sleep but i didn't and ends up watching television. somtimes i feel that it's not even enough for me to stick around for hours and still not completing my time with mylot. i wish i can sleep early tonight, have anice day.

I don't have a fixed time for sleep, having my body clock screwed so badly with shifting schedules when I was still working in the call center industry. I just sleep whenever I feel sleepy and I can do that now since I am at home most of the time and I am alone. My suggestion is for you to try to catch on sleep whenever you can, even if it is small naps. Sometimes when our body clock goes out of whack, it's not the hours of sleep but rather the quality of sleep that makes your body feel rested.

Hello anne25spenn, I don't know if i can survive such a body clock change, i'd get sick for sure. there are moments as to where i sleep early but unfortunately i end up waking late in the morning. yeah i agreed that as long as we sleep it would give us a time to rest our bodies from activities

well, were n the same boat, as i am also late to sleep every night. i am busy writing articles that need a lot of editing before i submit. i also play a lot of games in facebook and chatting from my friends in skype and ym. my laptop s beside me at my bed and it is open for more than 10 hours straight. so i am busy with my online activities dong work and pleasure at the same time. as i am the one paying the internet so need to make a quota in every sites i join and the income is use to pay bills and purchase of my grocery. i am addicted to internet and this make me sleep late at night. but when my eyes and fingers get tired looking at the monitor and typing the keyboard i see to t to take a short nap everyday..i wish you well in your sleep and have a sweet dream..

Hello Knight,If its not too often then that would be just alright otherwise it can harm our health and our mood too. Late night sleepers tend to be easy to get irritated for lack of sleep, and It can also affect our mood doing our routine the next day because we feel sluggish after a late sleep. I used to stay up late before and work till dawn just to finish my overloaded task in my office. I also read an article sleeps can affect the ageing process, skin tend to gets dry if we don't have complete rest at night and I proved that myself since I lost my interest in eating, exercising and to freshen myself..So I get back to my track of sleeping on time at night.Unless if can be avoided to sleep late then rather sleep 8 hours at night to have all benefits of resting well.

For the past few months i have been sleeping late and waking up early. No matter how late i sleep i still get up at about 5am. I have dark under eye and they're getting deeper. Been trying to nap during day time but i'm too preoccupied. I want to change this sleeping pattern of mine but it seems it's too difficult for me to that anymore. My skin is suffering but I can't do anything. I'm getting old.

Hello toniganzon, we all are and i think getting old is a process that something we need to get used to. i'd prefer slowing down aging than immortality though.we have somany responsibilities that we ends up not thinking of our rest any more. i miss those times where i sleep around and wakes up early in the morning

Hi! According to research, best sleeping time is from 10pm-4am. The best average hours of sleeping is 6-8 hours. It helps our brain and body to relax. When we lacked or over sleeping we tend to feel lazy. I'm suggesting that, you should atleast sleep for 6 hours.

Hello manisan ako, Wow, this is a really good advice, indeed i should try to sleep around ten in the evening. I don't know when was the last time I actually slept around ten and wakes up around four in the morning. 10 to 4 is actually good six hours of it. but I would prefer to sleep around seven hours

Hello Flyerflyhi, My sleeping hours is currently around six hours tops, but there are times that i do take a nap in the evening and then sleep again afterwards. I usually wake up around 9 to 10 in the morning and i hate that because i would prefer to wake up around earlier than that. let's see if i can sleep again tonight early. have a nice day.

hello again dear bro, Oh well, that is the reason why call center agents are given a high salary and lots of fringe benefits etc because they don't get old (coz they die young- lols...just kidding) Exactly, sleeping late is very bad for our health unless you are taking a lot of healthy foods and proper diet too. Eat lots of fruits my dear bro.

Ya, I think it is true. We also need to sleep in moderation, around 6-8 hours a day. Your body will be restored if you can sleep well. Sleeping too late may make you feel tired and sleepy in the next day. And it takes time for you to change back your sleep habit. Better you go to sleep at a fixed time every night to keep your body is healthy...^^

while it's true that sleeping late can be bad for your health (you might have heard of having a heavy chest when you sleep late too much because of water accumulation in the tracheoles of your lungs), I don't think that one all-nighter would be enough to harm you or alter your wellness in any way.

Hello zaskasahagun, It is terribly bad for health in the long run, you can actually die in your fsleep.I will do my best to sleep early and probably exercise to increase the level of being sleepy. have a nice day
