Is Bidvertiser worth looking into?

I ran across this site recently. And was wondering if anyone has used this to advertise for referrals? Or getting traffic to your blog/website?

I tried to post Bidvertiser's banner on my blogs. However I haven't earned any cent from this site yet. My Bidvertiser's account is still zero. So sad...
