I've lost my $25 in ptcbox!

Go to "get paid review" forum and post about this issue. Admin is active there and will solve this issue as soon as possible. You can also submit a support ticket I guess. You shouldn't worry if it wasn't your fault, it's one of the most legit websites out there.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that. Better you should check it is legit or SCAM site. if it is Scam, it is difficult to get back your money. However, if it is legit website, you can write email to ask them, show your receipt that you got when you invest money to their site and require them give you a right reason about your account as well as get back your money also. Hope you get luck.

What a coincidence this is. Just hours ago I talked with a friend about the legitimacy of the site. Nearly 4 hours on, I am hearing the most bizarre thing about this site. I was going to open an account in the site. The friend I am talking about had invested a decent amount and was also getting paid nicely. It feels good to hear that. But I don't think yours should be a serious problem. It might be a human error. I hope your account is restored. Just write to the admin as soon as possible.

That sounds terrible, I wouldn't give my money that easily to one site like that! Hope you can retrieve it and learn the lesson :D

This is the reason why I don't invest money in such sites no matter how promising the reviews are. The money that I make online is a time consuming effort, and as I have read you worked on that $25 over a number of sites to come up with that amount. I always stay away from sites that try to sell you something in the promises of getting a good return because more often that not, you lose that money. Be more careful with sites you work on for earnings next time.

Good for me i stopped visiting the site 5 years ago. Can't trust the site. It could be possible they thought you had more than 1 account with them.

i wasted alot of time trying all those site and looking for online work and it never panned out for me until i put mylot who i knows pays first and i dont waste my time on others i put forth a good effort her and have watche dmy earrings grow as a result of it.. not sure what happened but that was pretty bad as it was alot of money for the work no doubt.. take care..

What payment processor you have used? Usually that happen to account who didn't used Paypal as the payment processor. Cause you could make a dispute against them if you use Paypal.
