Many people don't believe there is any kind of 'divine intelligence' because they can see no evidence for it. What is your "evidence"?

What value is faith? Unless it is based on an experience of some kind it can be said to be worthless. I may have faith in the Flying Spaghetti Monster: http://www.venganza.org/ or in seeing winning lottery numbers in clouds or in touching wood for luck but most people would discount those things as being not worth a bean. Faith in such things may, indeed, give me a certain sense of security or purpose but I think that that is really all that it does (and you would probably agree with me).
What is your personal basis for faith in God? Is it simply the evidence of a book of words which, itself, claims to be the Word of God? Do you believe simply because your parents or your priest told you to?

Faith is a very personal view, policy, moral up bringing. Its not that matter if you believe in a god or not as long as you are a good person at the end of the day. Every person on this planet is unique and different same with faith that's my view. It has nothing to do with anyone else as far as I am concerned why I believe or don't believe in a god. This is how big arguments start...lol
