It seems my friend you are getting addicted eating instant noodles and drinks a lot of soft drinks. It is really hard to resist these two carbohydrate loading foods. I think you have to minimize eating these two because it is really bad for your health. Drinking a lot of soft drinks may harm your liver, the one that filters toxic substances as well as your kidney. Eating a lot of instant noodles I think may harm your digestive organs and since instant noodles don't have organic nutrients you may possibly end up developing colon cancer or other forms of cancer. You know, there is no cure for cancer. I think, instant noodles are one of the preserved foods that you may able to get a cancer.

I really don't like instant noodles,it is not healthy at all. Busy or not i still keep a habit of cooking, don't eat noodles. Don't buy instant noodles any more, instead of eating noodles, you should cook food. Whenever thinking of instant noodles, you should go to market to buy vegetable, meat, etc and cook any dish that you like. If you can, attending a cooking class, u may be interested with cooking and cook delicious dishes to invite your friends, your family member to eat every weekend. Hope you can change your habit of eating noodles soon. Good luck.

Yes on the soda. I cut down to one a day. It doesn't help that its always around me though because of other people. We also have tons of Ramen noodles which my youngest brother eats for about every meal. I never thought of them as being bad for you. Those flavor packs seem to me like they have too much salt, however.

I can imagine that too much of either is not good for you. I eat ramen noodles occasionally (the kind you boil with the seasoning) but I don't drink soda. So at least I'm doing something right. . Happy MyLotting!

Yes, I was crazy after instant noodles and soft drinks earlier in my school days. When I start hostel life, I eat instant noodles everyday without fail. After few weeks, I start missing home food. Now Im not even looking at these type of foods anymore. In short, if you want to stop eating instant noodles, eat it for few days. Dont look at any other food at these time. Eventually you will get tired of instant food from my personal experience.

When I was in high school (especially when Jjampong was a hit) until when I turned 2nd year in college, I was so addicted to instant noodles. I eat it every single day and my day won't be complete without it. I was getting fatter because of it. I heard one time that instant noodles take longer to burn in our body that's why it becomes fats just stored in the body. Then I decided to change my lifestyle, I steered clear of instant noodles and decided to eat only fresh food. Good thing, I was never fond of soft drinks or sodas.

Yes, I noticed the same... when I started eating them, I wanted to eat them again and again. Even though they were not as good as home made food, and I knew they are not healthy. Now I'm kind of free of them, but I have to say they are addictive.
