Sometimes teachers make us do things we don't want to do because it is too tiresome or hard- like rewriting a notebook, or making a project..etc. And usually my classmates complain and complain to the teacher which doesn't really do us any good- either the teacher ignores us or makes the task harder.. So what we should do is just start with it already, and we won't even notice that we are almost done with it.. Complaining will get us nowhere..

I would have to agree with this. We're going to really have to do it anyway, so you might as well do it, get it out of the way, and move on with our lives. Granted, it might not be good, but it would not be done if we did it now or later. So really, just suck it up and throw all caution right to the wind and get things done. I do think that some people just live to complain, even if everything was going as they wanted it to, they would find something, someway, somehow to really complain about and it just makes me just want to roll my eyes. As if things would get any better by complaining. Often times they get much worse and than those not complaining would now have something to complain about, about you.

Yes, as a student there's no one who can help us but ourself. Anyway we can asked someone on how to do the job but in the end as a student we are the one graded. So instead of complaining we might as well do it.

True! Grumbling and complaining makes any task or project harder and more complicated to do. The complaining alone is an emotional burden that affects our performance. That's why it is encouraged that we do things joyfully because a light mood can also lighten the load of the work that is supposed to be done. :)

Yes, that attitude should be observed in doing any task... since you can't really do anything to avoid it, you can just face it.. If you have that attitude, maybe the task would even be done earlier.

Yes. Complaining will get you nowhere. What you have to do is to "obey first before you complain". You can't complain of something that you haven't done, saying that it will be difficult. You can't tell something to be difficult unless you have tried doing it. If you have done it and you found it difficult, then you can complain but you still have to finish it. You can complain more if the task becomes unreasonable. But I'm sure the teacher will not give you any unreasonable task. Anyway, I used to complain, too when I was a student. And hey, I still complain at work. The difference is, I obey first now before I complain. I do the work first before I get to complain.

actually what you have learnt is a lesson of life. if you follow the same throughout your life, take my words, you would be able to achieve even the toughest of jobs. i like your spirit and i see myself doing the same thing on many occasions. when i dont want to do something which is unavoidable, i do it the very first thing before i could the job is done ,....i feel good this way....this trait would never fail you

Its human nature to complain when subjected to more work. I once read a certain theory x and y by Adam smith that said ""man has a natural dislike for work"". So the rebellion against work is inborn and all we normally do is vent it out of our chests before we take it out on someone else.

Over 50 years ago when i was a school student, we never dared to complain to our teachers about homework, projects etc. We did everything given to us as sincerely as we could. We had the utmost respect for our teachers and they too had respect for us students. The student and teacher relationship in those days was something different.Nowadays students have become too bold and take umbrage at the slightest opportunity. They even beat up their teachers and commit all sorts of violence. It is a difficult task for teachers to deal with students because there are student unions who take up their cause.Politics has crept into education and and due to this both students aand teachers suffer.

If students spent the same amount of time working on the project as they do complaining they would probably nearly have the task done. Some kids seem to think that complaining will register with the teacher and she/he will take pity on them and change the project or eliminate it completely. Not so.

Instead of complaining what life has given you, why not just do something about it? I mean for example, if you don't want to keep on seeing bills on your mails then do something that you'll see cheques instead. Or if you don't want to always see bad grades, do something that can make your grades good. Instead of complaining, do something that will NOT make you grumble in the future. Isn't that really how it's supposed to be?

You are quite right ,I think. students should do what the teacher tells them in most cases,as what the teacher tells them is good to the students. It can be understood that students don't understand teachers.but as time goes on, students will understand their teachers.

The more you complain about it, the longer it takes to finish it. So I agree with you, start doing it and stop complaining. Before you know it, the project would already be finished.

Hi lady, I agree with you...because with a real teacher/instructor you would do what is asked or fail the class...as simple as that... since when do the students dictate the flow of the class/project.

True, hehe but sometimes I do complain. Just to vent our my frustrations but of course I do have to start working to get the unwanted job done the earliest time possible. :P

Yes i think people also think that complaining and bicering will just make what u ar doing harder as your brain is responding in an agressive manor so we should always keep cool and stay forward.

Wow! Now that's what is called a right attitude. Your classmates should really learn from you. The assignments given by a teacher are a part of students academic learning and there is just no alternative to it. They have to be done. So instead of complaining, the students should rather complete it and try to give their best in it. Good Luck!

Every tasks become an easy one when you consider as simple one. The way and the approach to the task decides the rate of doing the task. Consider each of them as simple this will make you to do the things simple.
