Hi myLotters!
I've been wanting to go to the gym for longest time ever. I work graveyard before, so I never had the chance to enroll to a fitness club. I felt like I have to have a lot of sleep to keep up with the demands of my job. Now that I'm working dayshift, I made it a point to finally go for my goal and take care of my body.
I really feel good exercising, my ultimate goal it to gain weight or rather build my muscle. I want to improve my stamina, so I can join fun runs and other activities that are physically demanding. Aside from this, I feel like I'm more happier and just really positive since I started going the gym. I'm convinced that this will give me a healthy mind. Would you agree?

Nice! that's another great option. That's economical as well, a great way to save money. You can manage your time better and be more consistent in exercising regularly. There are days though that I just want to stay home, but thanks to the free sauna at the gym, it motivates me to workout more.
