There seems a lot of things to do for me now. When i wonder that whether i can make it, one of my friends told me to make out a list of things I have to do, and then do them one after another. At first, I really doubt whether that can help any. But now I find that it really helps me a lot. I make out a list for things I have to do in the next day before sleep. The next day, after getting up, I will set out to do them. After one thing has been done, i will deleted it from the list. And the feeling of achievement makes me quite happy. After a whole morning, I usually can finish three things that help me get my self-confidence. At the evening, after all things have done, I can have a good dinner and spare my rest time to do what I really like. Life is happy these days!!!

I agree.Making a list of things that are to be purchased or works that are to be done is really helpful.Whenever I go to the market,I have to do a lot of things there.I am asked to call on the doctor, purchase some groceries, call on the electrician, visit a friend, attend a general meeting of the organization I am a member of and buy some vegetables etc.Without making making a list of all these things I am likely to forget some of them.So I have made it a point to make a list of things I have to do when I go to the market.

To me, making our a list for how to work can be effective, while a list for things want to buy is still now work. i will buy things i do not needed even they are not in the list, while will get things in the list off for their high price. But making out a list can help me know the importance of things better than that without a list.

I agree, but a funny thing had happened to me last year.I had to go shopping. So I made a list consulting my wife and sister and then went to the market. It was there that I came to discover that I had forgotten the list at home.

Make a list for a smooth ride - Without lists , going with risks of left out important tasks.
YEs making list is important because it can prioprites which is important and which to do first and also the total number of task and various item.Hence u can determine time required and such and the total amount of work demanded. Some people are good in making mental lists while some are good in written lists or both. With a work item lists things can go smoothly.

I do really agree with this one hundred percent of the time, a list is just something to keep things together and move a bit quicker. Granted, we could try to keep those things straight right in our head. But there is bound to be one or two things that are just going to just slip right in our mind. Therefore, making a list just allows us to remember those things. I just tend to be somewhat organized through lists. Some might thing that I am very meticulous just right detailing things in such a manner, but it allows me to keep a hold of my sanity. It is just something that just makes sure that I accomplish every single little detail that needs to be done. It just brings me relief and accomplishment. That is why making a list is so great.

When I do not form the habit, I will try to remember things in my head. At that time, things seems goes well. But now, as I am growing old enough. Things become more and more, I find that I can not remember all of them well, and it is also very hard for me to arrange them correctly by head. Writing it down can help reduce the burden of my head, also makes importance of things become more clearly.

That's a good idea. It will also make your day organized. I also tried this style but what I did is before starting to work, I will do the ist in a "post-it" notes and have it posted in from of me so that I can easily remember what to do next. It works but sometimes not because of some emergencies in work that needs to n=be addressed first. I guess I try your style that before going to sleep is to list all the things needed so that my planner notebook will have its purpose now (LOL). I will start doing this tonight. I also heard of this style, they called it as "worry notes" where you have to list all your worries for the next day so that you can have a better sleep.

Making a plan for a day can help you make full use of your time, in an organized way, things can be done one after another and spare time comes our after that. Also the feeling of achievement and the sense of fulfillment can make me feel i am important, useful and happy.

I'm pretty much a list person. Especially as I get older, I tend to forget anything that comes after the third thing if I don't write down a list. So I make a list for grocery, for things to do daily, weekly, monthly, even yearly activities. I always have my list with me and I do check or update it all the time. It keeps my mind organize, especially when I have many things I need to accomplish. Although there are some things that have been on my list forever too...

I become a list person only three month. Last year, I found that i would graduate in this year, and i had a lot of things to do. At first, I was confused with my situation, so i visited the doctor to get help. The doctor suggested me to do important things first and then finish those not so important late. So I began to make out a list for things i have to do and arranged them in order. Soon after doing that, I found that things become going well. So now I form the habit to make out a list at night for things to do the next day.

Yes. After making out a list, help you have the standard to check your progress. If things do not go on as you plan, you can try to speed them up. If things goes well, it can help you feel happy and get more power from your achievement. And after finishing all the work on the list can make you feel happy, and enjoy other things happen in your life. Thank you for your share.
