it seems to me that the world economy won't get any better

In the last few months, people have been getting hired more and more in my area. So things are picking up a little. We still have lots of people unemployed, but fewer every week that goes by.

Sadly that really does seem to be the case around the world. There have been brief moments right that lead to some kind of hope that things are going to turn around. And perhaps someday things might turn around. However, it is going to be a long road right back up that steep slope that we have slid right down into this state that we are again. I hope that I'm wrong but this does seems like we are just many more years of this getting worse, before things are going to get much better. I do hold out a lot of hope that I am wrong, because this is not going to be a good thing if the economy continues to rather slide down across the world. And let's face it, just when you think things cannot get any worse, they do.

the global economy is getting better now compared to three to two years ago. the big companies and banks have survived and strengthened their capital. the governments lower the interest rates for lending to businesses. the advanced countries are now cutting their expenses because of debt. while the emerging countries are injecting money to pump prime their economies. there is no other way but forward and growth in this economy. i am optimistic.

i agree with you, world economy is getting worse each year, what you know about this? for me its fault of democracy/politicians. what about you?
