is there any means to contact with a client in iwriter?

I know we can contact with a client in iwriter when we can find their names there( i mean when they are looking for writers in iwriter. I want to know how can we contact with one client while he or she is not looking for writers now.
I ask this question because i got several emails about special requesters from a client in iwriter. He has offered me so many special requesters. But unfortunately, i didn't see them because of the weekend. Though i have missed the chance to write for him, but I want to thank him. I don't want him to misunderstand that i don't want to work for him, anyway, it is very impolite without any response. If i can't explain the reason, i think he won't give me other chances in the future. Do you know how can we send a message to a client who is now not on iwriter?

hi there, nice ideas today, i do not know but i think you can not contact them, its a way to protect them like they protects the writers or the clients, so maybe you can email the site it self and ask them for that thing, so you do not break the rules site
