Is Ipad 3 better then Ipad 2?

Few weeks ago Ipad 3 came out on the market and as usually there was a big think about it. I wanted to see it in a electric store to see if there was any difference between those two. But what I could see that the only difference between them was Ipad 3 had a better screen. It have a 4G but only works in North America. I don't have either of them, so I like to know if I should buy Ipad 3 or just buy the cheaper one Ipad 2?
