tsunami Hits Asia Tonite!

Those of you who live in Asia... Did you feel shakes on your area? I did... And i read goverment warning, Tsunami will hit Mlaysia on Penang area too.. I hope everyone will take extra precautions and i pray every will be safe...

Hi lyssa, I didn't feel the shake. I was in Sumatera in the most southern tip of Sumatera. It happened in Aceh. I was searching news but have not had accurate info on it so far. I am not sure if it has caused some casualties.

Im sure Indonesia now are more prepared with Tsunami alert after 2004 incident.. Thank god situation are under control on all countries affected..

Hiya cairalyssa,
Did hear about it on the Television but they did not say much about it at the time. So we thought there would be more news later on but there was not.
Anyway I really hope that everyone is okay and no one got hurt.
We would not feel anything here as we are across the other side of the World we do get Earth Tremors too and I have experienced at least four nasty ones and all the others just short jolts and that´s it.
We don´t have Tsunamis here as such but later on we do have very rough seas usually all depending.
Last time at least three People got killed here by falling debris.
