Just Curious. Cathloics I need your help.

This is an easy one but I love to know. Are you using Real wine for Communion? What do you do if you are an alcoholic? Are there Masses without the real wine? and most important, the power of the communion doesn't change if it is non alcoholic wine? Thanks for all your responses.
