waiting for the earnings to raise then withdraw?

as i went over some posts here on income withdrawals, there's a certain topic that i laugh out loud with.it's when people joined PTC sites and waited for several months to cash out their not so huge cash since per month you will only earn just below a dollar.if you're diligent enough on that then you can have what you have waited for. but for me it's not worth the wait.in fact i have this certain experience too. the cahs out is .80 and i can have that in two months because the links that i clicked is only worth .0001 each. while waiting for the cash out the site is nowhere to be found!hahaha.more shame on me because i didn't use my brains!
