Can my momma cat's milk dry out before her kittens are a week old?

I just need to ask this amongst fellow cat owners if you've had this kind of experience with your momma cats. Spot has given birth to three kittens the other day and I am actually fretting and checking over her and the kittens every now and then. Spot hasn't had any kittens that survived for more than a month for the past two years, most have not lived beyond two weeks and I don't know why since the kittens are healthy when she delivers them.
With her last litter which was in December, she was actually depositing the kittens onto my lap. Now these were just a few days old and I have no idea how to feed kittens whose eyes haven't opened yet. These kittens didn't survive and I am now thinking if it is possible that she is not producing any milk and this is the reason why her kittens aren't surviving.
I would love to bring her to a vet, but she is what we call "Pusakal" or just a regular street cat that we adopted. She might get traumatized if I get her into a cage and bring her to a vet which is about an hour's travel from where I live and I don't want that. Is there anything that I can do in order to make sure that her kittens survive? Thanks in advance friends.

I have three kittens that are about four months now and still suckle. Their mother hasn’t run out of milk. These are her first batch of kittens since I adopted her as a kitten. Just like babies, kittens need their mother’s milk but you could also try and dilute the regular cow milk and try feeding them if the mother won’t suckle them. Without anything to it kittens might die.
