If your reltives or friends living abroad make a account with their name , / address, and bank info .. than say them to tell what a amount have been send by paypal to your bank. that's write you account will be verified . otherwise VCC for paypal is also a good way to use paypal in banned countries .. like. Pakistan, India . etc... I know in india not banned but may not be used perfectly.

My suggestion is for you to stick with Alertpay. I heard most indians nowadays rely on Alertpay for their online earnings.

Well, the first thing i would say is that Virtual Credit Card are not a legal way to verify paypal. It is actually paypal way of verifying that you are who you said you are and not someone else. If paypal don't do this, there will be much more scams and paypal account hacked nowadays. If you still use VCC to verify your account, then you should be very careful how you use your account without raising any flags because paypal can easily limit your account and froze the cash in it, and you are not going to see the cash ever again. Even people that have personal CC attached we're limited and most of them didn't get their account and money back.
