Sometimes we don't understand or never heard any voice response from God it is because He is silent and always hear your voice.
When we read His Word,God will silently teach us through His Spirit and through hearing and reading His Word and we will know it that we are teach and corrected..
God is listening because He is the Spirit and truth and that is why we worship Him in truth and Spirit.
John 4:32 God is a Spirit and we must worship Him in Spirit and in truth..

You state that God is very silent but is listening. This is true on our part. However, we should remember that God does and can talk to us. If you recall from the Old and New Testament, God spoke to those He chose to spoke with. The conversations were the same as if you were speaking to someone right in front of you.
The sad thing is many of us don't always hear His voice, or when we actually do, we pass it off as being nutty or not getting enough sleep. The thing is when God actually does speak to us, it fills us completely. I don't really know how to describe it..so I'll try to use my own experiences.
There have been a few times when God has spoken personally to me. Normally when someone is talking to me, I tend to day dream a lot and my mind takes me on a trip elsewhere, despite the fact I'm still listening to that person. But when God spoke to me, I could not day dream. All I felt and thought about while hearing Him was His presence.
Your next point has definite value on it. God is indeed a Spirit and must be worshiped in spirit and truth. I've often questioned myself of how one does this, and I know one day He'll guide me, or that if He is already, that my eyes will be open.
By the way, did you know that God, Jesus, and their angels have a great sense of humor? There was this one time when I was trying to get one of my dogs to cooperate with me. The last time I had trouble, I had tried to nudge the dog forward with my foot, but used too much of my strength, which resulted in kicking the poor dog instead. Thankfully, the dog wasn't hurt but I had hurt foot, a painful reminder to try better methods. Fast forward to a week later, and again I had the same problem, where the dog was not cooperating with me. So, out of frustration and not meaning what I said, I muttered about putting my foot up the dog's butt (not literally) if he didn't move.
I swear a voice said to me, "Didn't that hurt the last time?"
I was surprised and amazed, but my idiotic and embarrassed response was to tell the voice to shut up. But it proved a point though. Sometimes we need to step back and evaluate and try other methods. When we do certain actions, it will always have consequences. And like before, to hear God's voice, we need only ask and then wait...but we too must also listen.
And honestly, when God speaks to you, you'll know it. :)

God will talk to us in silent way through the Holy Spirit or through the Word of God.
Sometimes we are reminded of things we do abuse or things that does not glorified God.
But He is king who teach us what is good..Thanks for the story.

True, but I don think God is just a silent God. He is also an unexpected God. Although he does not speak to us directly, he does weird/supernatural things to speak to us. And that's why for me, how he does things sometimes amazes me, not in a fearful way but a funny and friendly way. :)

Yes, it is very true that many times we will not understand or want to listen when God is trying to speak to us. He will though if we allow him too, so it is important if you are a Prayer believing person to Pray, and believe god for Healings, miracles and other things in your life. God is indeed listening, and Great things can happen when we do.

We don't need to see him and listen to him to know that he is their. You are right, he is very silent but he is listening. When he asks for strength, he doesn't give us strength but he always help us in his own ways. I trust my life to him.

That is good that you have so much strength, and find solace in the silence. Many people mistake God's silence for not caring for their situation or not hearing them which can lead to drastic 'falling outs' with their Maker. How are able on this find day to find so much strength in His silence?

Well, don't give up because God is there and tasted us how we react when He is silent to you..
But He is hearing about your call, just move on seek His guidance and reading His Word to increase your strength and faith..
God sure is there and will help us..sometimes fall out because they let the problems to stumble them and not give up..
