North Korea sends it up!

So North Korea has sent a long range rocket up! It was fired at Friday 7:39 a.m. their time of coarse. It is interesting how in a panic some of our government officials are about this. Is it because North Korea really is a threat or becasue they have cut so much to our military that we don't have what is needed to defend against them? What does it really mean for us here in America to begin with?
