i have always heard laughter is the best medicine and now i believe it.. my best friend told me that i need to watch tv again and she gave me a few new good sitcoms that come on and she ask me if i had watched two and a half men since they took charlie off and replaced him and i said no i have not.. we have the same tv service so our channels are the same and we both have on demand.. so she said look it up on demand or catch it on monday nights the rest are reruns.. and i was like i dont know i really liked charlie sheen on there and she said just watch it and see.. so me and hubby watched it togehter and i laughed so hard i almost cried and now i try to watch it ever chance i get the new ones.. i love on demand.. but had she not told me about it being good i would have missed out.. it is very funny and after wards i feel so much better and puts me and hubby in a good mood as well , if not two and a half men try and find a funny sit com you like and see how much better you feel i cant wait to watch it and look forward to monday nights now and i do watch more tv.. and im loving it.. so find something on tv that makes you lol and share your story.. would love to know more great sit coms.. as my main goal in life now is to be happy , laughing is good for me and i love it.. the new me..

I am glad you finally find something fun on TV, I used to love two and half man too, they are funny especially when Jack was still so young his comment was always hilarious.Kinda miss charlie in the show though... I don't watch it that much anymore since he left. How's your first day training by the way??

I've never been into sit-coms. I like Doctor Who, about the only thing on TV besides the weather I watch

Laughing is something that is really good for us and I do think that watching comedy on television is a good way to get some laughs, especially when you are having a difficult time in your life finding things that you can laugh at. With that said, I don't really watch any sitcoms anymore because my husband seems to dominate the television whenever he is not at work. However, I do have some friends that I can talk to that will always make me laugh.

i loved everyone of those shows as well and coudl probably name about 20 more form my childhood that i watched and loved.. we had tv back then and no computer seems like we spent more family time watching tv or eating or playing outside all day with my sister and brother and friends .. times were really good.. then, i dont blame computers as i think there awesome. but i reme ber we did not even have to lock our doors at night.. society has changed as well.. for the worse.. so i do all i can now to be happy and nice to everyone.. like i use to do.. i was so happy back then it came natural and i was never bored .. take care

That's true most of the time when I'm alone and have a sinus head ache I called my one and only funny friend that always makes me laughed he has a very good sense of humor and you know what he made me relief from my head ache. When it comes to a tv sitcom we have some funny sitcom here that I always watch most of the actors are funny and they have really makes us laugh that I can forget the stress. It is one way also to relax our minds from thinking negatives.

I hardly ever watched the old Two and a half men, maybe I'll catch the new ones sometime. My favorite show is NCIS and I try to catch it every chance I get. They make me laugh with their silly banter and antics. It comes on Tuesday's at 8 PM on CBS, the new ones do. Another show I watch is American Dad, it comes on Adult Swim at 10 PM every night. Laughter is the best medicine.

Comedy cause laughter which are free medicine - Laughter can reduce stress.
Yes comedy is good and laughing to reduce or made temporary to forget some problems in life.I like few comedy like South Park , The Office , Big bang therioes and such which are quite funny and intelligent in a stupid way and also quite creative in story line telling.Sometime i borrow the whole seasons and watch them all and not wait for the tv to show them.

It's a very good habit. I don't have a TV, so I watch movies on the internet. But it's too bad that I have to rmind myself to watch something funny, it should be a daily habit! We deserve our daily dose of laughter... it makes everything different and makes me see things in a more positive way

I love two and a half me, csi (vegas), and a few other shows. I watch only online because I do not own a tv. I love to watch other old shows like alf, and night court. Two of my favorites. i like to laugh too, but I find myself drained at the end of the day. But, it is still good to laugh, I know. Have a great day.

I haven't watched any sitcoms lately and haven't watched two and a half men since chalie sheen was replaced but I might watch it at and see if I like it too. It is good that you found something you like to watch on tv and which puts you in a good mood...

Lauhter is the best mdicine and It is nice to see you enjoy something on tv. Here most of the programs and humors on the channels are monotonous. They rarely introduce new and innovative things. So I don't like to watch tv much.I like to watch movies on internet keep smiling happy mylotting

Hi laken02, yes I've been told that the best medicine is to feel happy, laughing and to enjoy this life it can help us to brighten our spirit, make us in a good mood and also refresh our mind. It is nice that you enjoy the sitcoms with your hubby which mean a quality time with your beloved one . I dont like watching television, and I dont have television in my bedroom and I need to watch in the TV room but sometime I watch cartoon like spongebob, tom & jerry on youtube hehehe. To make me feel happy I also read jokes or humour books or reading jokes on website, it is also help me to feel fresh and make me laugh. I dont have recommendation of good sitcoms for you to watch but I just want to say Im happy you enjoy your time
