Hi Mylotters, it is just recently that I decided to give MyLot a try and I'm finding the site very interesting and fun to use, while at the same time I gain more friends and earn some cash as well. I still needed a lot to learn on how to earn on the site and which activities can earn me the most. For the benefit of all who may read this segment, can anyone share what are the best ways to earn here in MyLot? And it would be great if you can add how much each activities or task will earn members and other details about them. Thanks!

since people already gave you similar advices, I will give you a different one, do tasks. yeah some of thema re very easy to do. Then wait for the sexy gorgeous Golden Goddess(lol I am sucking up) named Sharonbucks, the tasks of Sharonbucks ranges from 1 dollar to 8 dollars. her tasks were so high paying. I remember I was able to make hundred dollars in 1 month with her tasks alone.

Thanks for all the tips I got in this discussion, after about a week of working in mylot I reached my best highest in one day...$0.80! Hope I can reach the $1 in one day soon...and then go higher and higher :D

I just can see myself on you when I was just starting out in here. Super activity here in myLot is great and I am really addicted to post. May I ask? Is that $0.80 of yours only a fruit of participation or with additional from search engine rewards? And yes, you must be on the lookout for Sharon Bucks tasks. I really earned greatly with those ones. However, I haven't seen anymore tasks from her lately. Best I had was $7.95 in a day. That is with participation, referral bonus, tasks and rewards. The best that I ever did for participation only is at $0.68. I know you can earn more out in here so keep on being active. It is quite rewarding and fun myLotting!

The only key to earn at myLot is participation. Personally I don't do -- or rarely -- tasks, and I mainly earn with my responses and comments, and a few discussions. I was more active last year : by participating to around 10 discussions daily, I reached easily the $10 payout 5 times during the 1st 6 months, though I have never considered myLot primarily as an earning site, but more like a friendly place, and I exchange often more PMs with friends every day than I give responses to discussions. Remember that you earn only from what you post, lines or photos -- you have to wait until a user rating of (500) to post a photo in a comment or response, but you can already post one when you start a discussion --, and don't forget to have fun, and you will see how your earnings will increase quickly.

Thanks for the suggestions, topffer. I would try to raise my ratings to 500 to be able to post photos on my comments. Anyway, do you know what the basis of the ratings are? Are they simply dependent on how much I participate in the site? I would also try to do tasks that I can handle. Thanks for that suggestion, jvincent_129.

We are not supposed to discuss about the earning algorithm at myLot... Earnings are not only based on participation. There is a discussion rating system, reflected in our stars -- see the FAQ : http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq17.aspx --. You will know your first star and will be able to rate others at (100). As you start with no rating, your earnings are less important at the beginning, and are improving with positive ratings.

Most of my income from my lot is from making posts.
To me start my own discussion is a good way to make money, for you do not have to find interesting discussions and to make post in them, just response the posts in your discussion can bring you a good income.
I have done the task here, but only get paid once. I think it is hard to find a task that you can do well here, so it is hard to get from finish a task.

Okay dandan07, I would keep that in mind and make more of my own posts here. I would probably try out a few tasks to see how it goes, and if it is difficult as you say it is, then I would have to let go of that option.

To me starting good discussions and making responses to discussions started by me as well as started by other mylotees are easier ways to earn here. Attending tasks have made me sometimes uneasiness.

Many have already said that most tasks here are difficult, so maybe that's why they pay bigger in doing tasks. Anyway, do they pay bigger? I'm not certain. Maybe I'll try it once in a while to see if there are some tasks that I can accomplish, then focus mainly on writing and responding to good posts.

Another thing I really like about this site is the support you get from other mylotters. You write something you want help from, many members responds to help you out almost immediately. I think that's one of the ingredient of mylot's success.

Welcome to Mylot! This is a nice site indeed. Participate in discussions with good responses and start discussions of worthy matters and get some extra earnings too. Discussions will lead us to more information note only about this site, but also about so many matters helpful to us

Hi friend. Yes, I guess a lot of people love mylot. For me it's no ordinary forum site but it really has some special touch. I had experience with other forums before but I never had the enjoyment I'm having here in mylot. The earnings I get are just added benefits. Have a nice day as well!

With mylot, you can earn money by post new discussion, reply discussion, complete task, and you can earn money by post photos.
With mylot you not only earn money but also you can relax, make friends...

The relaxing part of this work is also what attracts me to give more time in mylot. Do you have any idea which of all the tasks you have mentioned pays the most? Thanks for sharing, vovandat1988.

I think I can post 20-30 comments per day. That's at least my goal daily. I also do tasks that fits me. There are different kinds of tasks: fb likes, shares, register in sites and etc. You can find it in the tasks tab. And they also display how much these tasks are worth. happy mylotting!
